Аннотация
Внутрисердечные тромбы у взрослых пациентов развиваются относительно часто, особенно при фибрилляции предсердий или тромбоэмболии легочной артерии. Ведение таких пациентов детально прописано в национальных и международных согласительных документах. Описание тромбов такой локализации у детей ограничено отдельными клиническими случаями, и, как следствие, отсутствуют практические рекомендации по их лечению и наблюдению. Основные причины интракардиальных тромбозов у детей – серьезные хронические заболевания, наследственная тромбофилия и последствия COVID-19. В статье представлен подробный обзор имеющихся литературных данных и собственный клинический опыт ведения пациентов с данной патологией.
