Аннотация
По аналогии с кливлендской классификацией осложнений острого инфаркта миокарда осложнения синдрома, при котором левая коронарная артерия отходит от легочной артерии, вызывая нарушения перфузии и ишемию миокарда, были названы нами механическими. В статье описаны особенности эпидемиологии, эмбриологии, анатомии, морфологии и патогенеза осложнений синдрома Бланда–Уайта–Гарланда.
