Аннотация
При хирургической коррекции ряда врожденных пороков сердца используются различные типы кондуитов для создания
выхода из правого желудочка в легочную артерию. Кондуиты (аллографты, гомографты), используемые для создания путей
оттока из правого желудочка у больных с врожденными пороками сердца, со временем подвергаются дисфункции, кальцинозу и последующему сужению. Стеноз в синтетических протезах обусловлен разрастанием неоинтимы. Впоследствии многие
из них приходится замещать хирургическим путем. В случае развития стеноза кондуита баллонная дилатация или стентирование могут быть достаточно эффективными, а хирургическая замена кондуита может быть отсрочена до 2 лет и более.
