Аннотация
Отхождение аорты и легочной артерии от правого желудочка (ОАЛА от ПЖ) представляет собой вариант аномального желудочково-артериального соединения, при котором большая часть артериальных стволов отходит от морфологически правого желудочка. Основной целью коррекции является восстановление сегментарной анатомии сердца путем перемещения аорты к левому желудочку с помощью создания внутрижелудочкового туннеля. Хирургическая коррекция порока при наличии дополнительных аномалий атриовентрикулярных клапанов значимо усложняется в связи с более сложной техникой перемещения аорты, а также необходимостью в выполнении вмешательств на атриовентрикулярных клапанах. В статье приводятся различные варианты сопутствующих аномалий атриовентрикулярных клапанов при ОАЛА от ПЖ, а также методы оперативных вмешательств на них при радикальной коррекции ОАЛА от ПЖ.
