Аннотация
Исход лечения подавляющего большинства больных с легочной гипертензией во многом зависит от адекватной оценки состояния пациента и правильно выбранной тактики лечения. Течение многих заболеваний сопровождается нарушениями легочного кровотока, что приводит к необходимости не только диагностики самой патологии, но и тщательного изучения состояния гемодинамики.
Современные достижения кардиохирургии и смежных направлений, таких как детская кардиология, анестезиология, перфузиология и интенсивная терапия, за последнее время позволили существенно расширить показания к хирургическому лечению врожденных пороков сердца с высокой легочной гипертензией. Однако по-прежнему ведется дискуссия о тождественности таких понятий, как операбельность больных, обратимость легочной гипертензии и излечимость пациента, которая, предполагается, включает в себя оба первых понятия.
