Abstract
Abnormal origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery is a rare congenital pathology. This report presents a case of successful surgical treatment of a 6-year-old patient with abnormal origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery and mitral valve insufficiency. 17 years after the operation of reimplantation of the left coronary artery into the aorta and mitral valve reprosthetics, there is good left ventricular function, high physical performance corresponding to the level of healthy individuals, adequate hemodynamic parameters under load.
