Abstract
The article describes a case of successful surgical treatment of a child the first month of life, with a coronary right ventricular fistula with an aneurysm of the proximal segment of the right coronary artery the presence of an atrial septal defect and an open ductus arteriosus on the basis of the Children’s City Multidisciplinary Clinical Specialized Center for High Medical Technologies in St. Petersburg. Considering the low incidence of this congenintal defect and the difficulty in choosing treatment tactics, this observation is of practical interest.
