Abstract
Coronary cardiac fistulas (ССF) are abnormal connections between a coronary artery and one of the heart chambers. CCF draining into the left atrium are extremely rare congenital pathology. In pediatric practice, echocardiography is used to make a diagnosis, which in most cases should be supplemented by other methods of cardiac imaging. The article describes a clinical case of successful surgical correction of a coronary-left atrial fistula in a 2-month-old child at the Kazan Children's Republican Clinical Hospital.
