Abstract
The article presents the text of the 2024 Clinical practice guidelines for hypoplastic left heart syndrome approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The article provides prevalence data, epidemiology, and classification of the disease. Described in detail the clinical presentation, diagnosis, and methods of conservative and surgical treatment, rehabilitation, and dispensary observation (follow-up care). Criteria for assessing the quality of medical care are provided.
