Abstract
The article provides the text of the clinical guidelines of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the treatment of atrioventricular block in children approved in 2025. Detailed data, principles, algorithms and scales for assessing the etiology and pathogenesis, epidemiology, and classification of the disease are presented. Also, the clinical picture, diagnostics and methods of conservative and surgical treatment, rehabilitation, and dispensary observation. Criteria for assessing the quality of medical care.
