Abstract
The article contains the text of the clinical recommendations of the Russian Ministry of Health for the treatment of pericarditis in children, approved in 2025. Detailed data on principles, algorithms, and scales for assessing the etiology and pathogenesis, epidemiology, and classification of the disease are presented. There is also a clinical picture, diagnosis, and methods of conservative and surgical treatment, rehabilitation, and follow-up. Criteria for assessing the quality of medical care.
