Abstract
Between December 2007 and January 2009 19 neonates with hypoplastic left heart syndrome underwent hybrid surgical intervention. All operation were carried out through original approach through posterolateral thoracotomy with bypass of pulmonary artery trunk from behind. Survival rate was 84.2%.
