Abstract
Echocardiographic examination with color Doppler mapping is the main diagnostic technique for obstructive lesions of the complex left heart - aorta, especially for the newborns in the critical state. Sometimes echocardiographic assessment of critical coarctation is extremely difficult. The paper is dedicated to the part of EchoCG in the examination of patients with aortic arch obstructive lesions associated with left ventricle space-occupying hypoplasia. The data of foreign specialists and results of our own investigations are produced.
