Abstract
IClinical functional examination (ECG, EchoCG) of 90 full-term newborns in the critical state with posthypoxic disorders of cardiovascular system were carried out. Control group included 17 cardiologically normal full-term newborns. Biochemical study comprised evaluation of markers for endothelial dysfunction, (endothelin-1, nitrites, vascular endothelial growth factor, desquamative endotheliacytes). It was shown that cardiovascular system disorders which are manifested by transitory myocardial dysfunction in combination with neonatal pulmonary hypertension and open fetal communications were diagnosed in all the fullterm newborns in the critical state and in some infants with rhythm and conductivity disorders as well. The neonates with posthypoxic disorders of cardiovascular system had endothelial dysfunction which is manifested by endotheline-1 and nitrogen oxide (nitrites) rate rise, vascular endothelial growth factor loss, loss or increase of desquamative endotheliacytes rate in blood.
