Abstract
The aim of the study was to examine daily blood pressure profile in children with vesicoureteral reflux. 59 patients with vesicoureteral reflux of different degree were studied. Special examination included daily blood pressure monitoring, Echo-cardiography, cardiointervalography and renin plasma activity analysis. It was demonstrated that daily blood pressure monitoring allows to detect hidden forms of arterial hypertension. In reflux patients with arterial hypertension echocardiohemodynamic parameters do not differ from normal ones, excluding peripheral resistance. In children with vesicoureteral reflux plasma rennin increased activity and sympathetic part of vegetative nervous system activation
