Abstract
The article presents the analysis of disease incidence, disability and mortality according to Moscow region statistic data. The incidence and structure of documented congenital cardiovascular malformations in newborns was studied. The overall picture of cardiologic and cardiosurgical medical aid to children of Moscow region, including hi-tech aid. Special attention was paid to succession development between prenatal diagnostics in Moscow Region, regional medical-genetic departments and Bakoulev SSCVS department of prenatal diagnostics. The aim is to improve detection of congenital cardiovascular malformations in fetus. The authors defined directions for development and improvement of efficacy of specialized cardiologic and cardiosurgical aid to children of Moscow region.
