Abstract
The article is devoted to modern aspects in surgical treatment of a rare cardiovascular defect - congential aortic arch deformation. Methods of correction which were performed using different techniques of visceral protection during aortic cross-clamping were assessed. Immediate results of surgical treatment were evaluated.
