Abstract
Palliative operations for «cyanotic» congenital heart defects with the usage of various synthetic prostheses have become more and more widespread in infants in terms of modern stage of cardiology development. Considering that thrombosis of anastomosis or prosthesis is one of the main complications after such interventions, the study of hemostasis characteristics in children, determination of management of the diagnosis represent an important and actual task. The article represents a brief review of literature on questions of determination, dynamics of age alterations and features in «cyanotic» pediatric patients with congenital heart defects.
