Abstract
The experience of surgical treatment of an open arterial canal is described in the article. It was performed by the mobile team of A. N. Bakoulev SCCVS, RAMS in resuscitation units for immature infants from other clinics. The obtained experience decisively proved the competence of this method in which the transportation of patients to a surgical department is not used. The absence of the transportation, the follow-up in conditions of one department by the same staff, without the change of respiratory and infusion equipment allow to reduce significantly an operative stress for an immature infant.
