Abstract
Three patients of A.N. Bakoulev Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery underwent X-ray endovascular closure
of arterio-venous and veno-venous fistulas with the occluders and Gianturco spirals. The choice of occluder was
based on the fistula diameter. The technical success of arterio-venous and veno-venous fistulas was achieved in
100% cases. Rates of arterial oxygen saturation improved from 72.75 ± 3.4 to 86.3 ± 5.7% after X-ray endovascular
interventions.
