Abstract
The clinical case of aplastic left lung combined with congenital heart disease in a 2-day old neonate is presented in
this article. The clinical course and diagnostic approach of detecting this pulmonary defect in patient with cyanotic
ductus-dependent congenital heart disease is described in details. The features of X-ray and computed tomography
are described in terms of this type of pulmonary disease
