Abstract
Artificial pulmonary artery formed by extracardiac conduit is the method of choice in exit repair from venous
ventricle. According to historical insight, at the present day the usage of bifurcated xenopericardial conduits is
indisputable. Although, their intraoperative formation significantly increases the length of operation and time for
extracorporeal circulation. Such deficiencies as thrombosis, stricture formation of distal anastomoses, calcification
in long-term period lead to search of more advanced methods of conduit formation, considering anthropometric
and individual features of patients with congenital heart diseases until 1 year old.
