Abstract
The paper is dedicated to the description of 3D echocardiography in prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis to detect common
truncus in fetus on the 23rd week of gestation. There is a description of step-by-step algorithm of the study,
using multidimentional image. The advantages and disadvantages of this method are indicated.
