Abstract
Single cases of successful treatment for compound forms of univentricular heart with subaortic stenosis and interrupted
aortic arch in patients older than 1-month of their life are described in the literature. The data of performed
Norwood operation in R.Mee-Sano modifications using homograft in the patient of 3-month with complex congenital
heart disease and pulmonary hypertension are presented. The observation shows a successful combination of
a new surgical approach with valve-contained conduit and also an advanced medical therapy in treatment for
complex congenital heart diseases with high pulmonary hypertension.
