Abstract
A successful case of removal of foreign body (intravenous guide wire) from right heart is described in the article.
After several unsuccessful efforts of its removal using transcatheter method we performed off-pump surgery under
cardiopulmonary bypass. The age of the patient was 9 years, the episode of migration of foreign body occurred at
the age of 1 year.
