Abstract
The article is dedicated to the description of a successful case of surgical treatment for rare congenital pathology
of coronary arteries - anomalous origin of left coronary artery (LCA) from right pulmonary artery (PA) in 11-month
girl. We present the data of physical and instrumental examination of the child, the stages of surgical intervention
and illustrated material concerning the course of operation.
