Abstract
Anomalous origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery (Bland-White-Garland syndrome) is a rare congenital
coronary anomaly characterized by manysidedness of clinical manifestations, complexity of diagnostics and
unfavorable prognosis associated with timely surgical care. Problems of hemodynamics both as the isolated form of
the defect and in combination with other congenital heart defects are highlighted in detail in the paper, versions of
clinical course of this pathology in various age groups are considered. Contemporary potentials and diagnostic
value of various instrumental diagnostic techniques of the above coronary anomaly are also presented.
