Abstract
A case of successful radical correction in the patient with right ventricular aortic and pulmonary artery outlet,
ventricular septal defect, pulmonary artery stenosis and atresia of left pulmonary artery orifice.
Direct connection of pulmonary trunk and left pulmonary artery originating from the patent arterial duct
and plastic repair of the trunk and left pulmonary artery with xenopericardial patch were accomplished. Then
intraventricular tunnel from the left ventricle to the ascending aorta was created and plastic repair of the incision
on the right ventricle was performed with xenopericardial patch. There were no complications during postoperative
period.
