Abstract
The case has reported the successful repair of rare congenital heart anomaly - communication between the right pulmonary
artery and the left atrium in a boy, 1.5 years old with chronic arterial hypoxemia. Through a median sternotomy
with cardiopulmonary bypass and hypothermia the anomalous communication was ligatured without complications
and excellent immediate result.
