Abstract
The article has reported the case of successful surgical treatment of the congenital heart defect in a child of early life with chronic renal failure.
The data records of physical and instrumental examination have been provided and the repair of atrial septal defect in a child with the congenital
hydronephrosis and the excretory dysfunction.
