Abstract
The article has reported the case of successful performance of bidirectional cavopulmonary anastomosis after the Mustard operation in a patient with stenosis of the venous left ventricular outflow tract and the superior vena cava. This operation can be considered as a stage of surgical treatment. In the future it is possible the performance of one of the interventions: hemodynamic correction of the defect; excision of the subvalvular pulmonary stenosis; replacement of the venous mitral valve et al.
