Abstract
Congenital heart diseases associated with the moderate ex-tent hypoplastic right ventricle is a rare event demanding non-standard surgical
approach. One-and-a-half ventricular repair is an approach which allowed on the one hand reducing risk of surgical intervention and on the
other maintaining the biventricular circulation model. Besides, this technique is not characterized by the long-term complications unavoidable
for «Fontan circulation». The presented clinical case has demonstrated the successful one-and-a-half ventricul repair of the combined
pulmonary artery stenosis with ventricular septal defect and moderate right ventricular hypoplasia in an infant.
