Abstract
The case has been reported of the successful surgical repair of the combined heart defect in an infant who previously underwent the ventriculoperitoneal
shunting for congenital occlusion hydrocephalus. Dosed decreasing of pressure in the abdominal cavity that were performed
under the control of the sonography represents the option tactics in the presence of circulation disorder in early postoperative period.
