Abstract
This article describes the facilities and pitfalls of the echocardiography in diagnosis of rare anomalies of the pulmonary arteries. Crossing
of the pulmonary arteries (n=2), unilateral pulmonary artery agenesis (left pulmonary artery agenesis (n=3); right pulmonary artery agenesis
(n=1)) and pulmonary «sling» (n=5), (in one infant with the formation of the vascular ring) are described in the article. CT was
defined as the priority in the cardiac imaging methods for the determining the detailed anatomy of the pulmonary artery
