Abstract
Anomalous right coronary artery, originating from pulmonary trunk is an extremely rare congenital pathology. Most of available data on natural history is based on sporadic case reports, but it is generally accepted, that unrevealed, or left untreated, it could lead to severe heart failure or sudden death. In this connection we would like to present a case of successful surgical translocation of anom- alous right coronary artery into the aorta in an asymptomatic patient.
