Abstract
Development of a heart surgery of early children's age in many respects is defined by success achieved in treatment of congenital
heart diseases with high pulmonary hypertension. It is known, that about a half of all congenital heart diseases is made by defects
with the strengthened blood-groove of a small circle of the blood circulation which natural current can lead to development of pulmonary
hypertension. Existence of this complication worsens quality of life of the patient, significantly influences quality of the
remote results of surgical treatment and sharply increases a hospital lethality. In this review the indications and results of performance
of operation of narrowing of a pulmonary artery in world practice are analysed.
