Abstract
Respiratory failure is the severe complication of the pulmonary artery sling. Airway obstruction after surgery may persist for several
weeks or months as a result of the tracheobronchomalacia. Tracheal stenosis complicates patient’s condition. The most common
cause of stenosis is enclosed cartilage rings. Bronchoscopy is the only way for the precise evaluation of the tracheal pathology but
has limitation due to respiratory failure. One-step approach is the common used for congenital vascular and tracheal pathology correction.
Disease outcome depends on the severity of respiratory failure.
