Abstract
Ambiguity of views on approaches to surgical treatment of double-outlet right ventricle with noncommitted ventricular septal defect
defines a wide spectrum of methods used for it repair. Previously, we reported about the successful one and half ventricle repair of
similar congenital heart anomaly. The exclusivity of this case was to use the synthetic vascular graft for left ventricular outflow tract
reconstruction. The aim of this message is present the results of a 10-years follow-up for the patient.
