Abstract
Represented a rare clinical case of successful removal sprouted into the cavity of the right atrium liver tumors in children. Tumor
resection was performed with cardiopulmonary bypass, hypothermia and cardioplegia. Access is through an incision wall of the right
atrium. The audit found occlusive cavity volume formation with prolapse into the cavity of the right ventricle. Made complete tumor
resection with excision of "legs" in the lumen of the inferior vena cava, from where it grows. It should be noted that the results of histological
examination of material taken intraoperatively, fully consistent with the original histological diagnosis, put on liver biopsy.
