Abstract
One of the complications of surgery of the aortic root enlargement method Manouguian-Seybold-Epting is mitral insufficiency (Ml),
correction methods which depend on the morphological changes. In our literature we have not met papers devoted to reconstructive
techniques restore failure Ml, and therefore represent their own observation.
