Abstract
Coronary cardiac fistulas are a rare pathology of coronary arteries. They may originate from the aorta, coronary arteries, pulmonary
artery and drained into the various chambers of the heart or great vessels of the heart. We present two cases of diagnosis and successful treatment of coronary cardiac fistulas in patients 5 and 9 months years old.
