Abstract
This article is a description of a rare case of congenital stenosis of the pulmonary veins and pulmonary hypertension in 2,5-monthold
child, who died in the intensive care department on the 4th day of hospitalization without surgery, which is published in order to
develop recommendations regarding a possible treatment strategy in this difficult situation.
