Abstract
The article describes a rare case of the first stage correction of transposition of the main arteries with large aorto-pulmonary collaterals
with arterial hypoxemia and pulmonary hypertension in a child 1 month. Clinical manifestations of the defect was expressed arterial
hypoxemia, cardiac failure combined with pulmonary hypertension. The primary diagnosis is established by echocardiography,
verified when carrying out angiographic studies. The patient successfully carried out the first stage of correction of the TMA.
