Abstract
Pulmonary atresia is one of the common and variable cyanotic heart disease. This article describes successful case of the multiple
stage repair first type of the pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect and hypoplasia of the trunk and branches of the pulmonary
artery by Melbourne shunt and subsequent right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction using a valve conduit.
