Abstract
The article describes surgical repair of rare congenital pathology – pulmonary vein stenosis. The clinical process of malformation
requires observation due to progression of pulmonary hypertension. Original and effective approach was proposed by French surgeon
F. Lacour-Gayet for resolving this problem. In our Center this is the first case of successful case of pulmonary vein stenosis
repair by sutureless technique in infant. Early diagnostic and surgical correction of defect allows achieving encouraging results.
