Abstract
Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection is a cyanotic congenital heart disease (CHD), wich is usually detected and treated in
early childhood. The clinical manifestations of the CHD in older childhood is rather rare. However, there are some clinical cases of
detection and surgical treatment of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection in older child and even adult patients presented
in the literature. It is provided by possibilities of hemodynamic compensation, especially in a patients without obstructive pulmonary
venous blood flow. The computed tomography (CT) angiography is highly informative and diagnostically valuable examination,
which is necessary for successful surgical treatment of the disease. The present clinical case is devoted to the description of the case
of detection and successful surgical treatment of supracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous connection in a girl aged 13 years.
