Abstract
Aneurysm sinus of Valsalva is a rare disease and is most often localized in the right and non-coronary sinuses. As a rule, aneurysm
rupture occurs in adolescence and, with a natural course, life expectancy is 1–3.9 years. The main method of treating a aneurysm
sinus Valsalva is surgical correction. In some cases, after surgery, there may be a residual discharge of blood, which requires repeated
surgical intervention with a higher risk of complications. The transcatheter method of closure of the aneurysm breakthrough was
originally applied in patients with a prior surgical operation for the defect, who need to be re-intervened because of the residual bleeding.
We bring to your attention our experience in endovascular closure sinus of Valsalva aneurysm in the right ventricle in two patients
after a radical correction tetralogy of Fallot.
