Abstract
The article is devoted to the determination of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection of the fetus, as well of scimitar syndrome by reviewing of the relevant foreign and native literature; identifying the most significant ultrasound parameters needed for earlier and more accurate data diagnostics pathologies. The main objective of the study was to improve the perinatal prognosis of these children and reduce mortality in the early neonatal period. These publications represent the lecture material “Prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart defects with atrioventricular shunts”, conducted on the basis of A.N. Bakulev Scientific center for cardiovascular surgery.
