Abstract
Complex congenital heart diseases (CHD) are accompanied by severe hemodynamic impairment in children, especially in the first days of life. This article represents a global overview of literature sources dedicated to the issue of hybrid stenting of the patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in patients with severe CHD which have a duktus-dependent system blood-flow. The historical aspect of the congenital heart diseases at which operation of hybrid stenting of the PDA was carried out is described and also the current situation of the problem is presented. The prospects of development of this method for state assessment of the critical duct-dependent CHD are provided.
