Abstract
The article describes a case of effective treatment of the consequences of acute cerebrovascular accident in a child at the 2nd stage of rehabilitation after surgical correction of a complex congenital heart defect and emphasizes the importance of an integrated individual approach in the development of rehabilitation programs. The principle of the formation and combination of physical therapeutic factors, as well as the physiological meaning of their application, is described, which confirms the need to understand rehabilitation of patients after surgical correction of congenital heart defects as a continuous and complex process that requires strict continuity between its various stages.
